As an escort for this assignment, you adapt the support based on the client's individual needs. This may involve accompanying them to activities, providing practical help in daily life, or serving as social support. Your assignment is always shaped by what the client needs to feel safe and empowered in their everyday life. • Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Previous experience working within LSS

• Upper secondary education in the child and leisure program, health and care program, or post-secondary education as a support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or university education in a relevant field.
• Experience with low-arousal approaches.

Employment Conditions

Working hours: Hourly employment. The assignment is 20 hours/month.Working time: Working hours primarily occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3 PM to around 5:30 PM.Start date: We are positive if you can start immediately.Collective agreement: We are bound by the collective agreement with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
