Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a companion for a 19-year-old boy with mild intellectual disabilities, autism, and ADHD. The assignment includes 16 hours per month, spread over 4 occasions on Thursday afternoons. During the companionship, you will accompany the client to judo training. We are looking for someone who has great patience, is structured, attentive, pedagogical, and has a burning interest in people and emotional care. Previous experience working with individuals in this target group is an advantage. During the companionship, you will engage in various activities outside the home with the client. Companion services are designed to enable cultural and recreational activities outside the home and to promote the individual's social life.

Employment Conditions

The hourly wage (including OB) varies between 180-210 SEK on weekends, 150-180 SEK on weekday evenings, and 130-160 SEK on weekdays (daytime) depending on your qualifications (education and experience). Upon potential employment, we will ask for references and a police background check.
