Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a female companion for a 16-year-old girl with autism. The assignment includes 8 hours a month, divided into 2 occasions during weekends. The user wishes to go to the movies, play games, and have coffee during the companionship. We are looking for someone who has great patience, is structured, responsive, pedagogical, and has a burning interest in people and emotional care. Previous experience working with individuals in this target group is an advantage. During the companionship, you will engage in various activities outside the home with the user. Companion services are intended to enable cultural and recreational activities outside the home and to promote the individual's social life.

Employment Conditions

The hourly wage (including OB) varies between 180-210 SEK on weekends, 150-180 SEK on weekday evenings, and 130-160 SEK on weekdays (daytime) depending on your qualifications (education and experience). In the event of a potential employment, we will ask for references and an extract from the police records.
