Temporary substitutes sought for LSS group and service housing

What does it mean to work with us and what will you be working on:

• You will replace regular staff during illness or other short absences.
• You will be booked through our booking system Time Care Pool when there is a need and you have made yourself available.
• You will contribute to a stimulating, meaningful, and pedagogical home environment for our users.
• You will work in one or more of our 10 group and service housing facilities, meeting the individual needs of users based on their disabilities.
• Working within LSS means focusing on the individual's needs, where their participation and self-determination are key principles.
• It is an educational and developing job, where responsiveness and reliability are crucial for the individual's trust in the service and in you as a support assistant.
• You will also have friendly and engaged colleagues.

Who are we looking for?

• You enjoy providing service and working with people with disabilities.
• Previous experience working within LSS is considered an asset but is not a requirement.
• You need to be able to speak, write, and understand Swedish very well, as communication, along with low-affect responses, is your most important tool in working with our users.

For this position, you are required to submit an extract from the police records in an unopened envelope before signing the contract.

Working hours: Day, evening, night, and sleeping on-call.

Start date: By agreement

Salary: With us, you will receive an hourly wage based on your experience. The hourly wage can vary between 150-160 SEK.

Selection and invitations to interviews and information meetings will occur continuously. If you are offered a position, we will request a current and valid extract from the police records.
