Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a companion for an 11-year-old boy with mild intellectual disabilities, autism, and ADHD. The assignment includes 8 hours per month, distributed over 4 occasions, taking place on weekday afternoons or weekends. During the companionship, you will play games, engage in various ball sports, and have snacks together. We are looking for someone who has great patience, is structured, attentive, pedagogical, and has a burning interest in people and emotional care. Previous experience working with individuals in this target group is an advantage. During the companionship, you will come up with various activities outside the home together with the user. Companion service is intended to facilitate cultural and leisure activities outside the home and to promote the individual's social life.

Employment Conditions

The hourly wage (including OB) varies between 180-210 SEK on weekends, 150-180 SEK on weekday evenings, and 130-160 SEK on weekdays (daytime), depending on your qualifications (education and experience). In the event of a potential employment, we will request references and an extract from the Police's criminal record.
