Personal Assistants Wanted

We are currently looking for 2 personal assistants who can work as needed for our client in Solna. He is an active wheelchair-bound man with a great interest in sports and music.

Our client is a man over 50 who enjoys exercising and staying active. He needs some physical support but even more importantly, psychological support. He attends a daily activity program on weekdays, and the work shifts start at 15:00 when he comes from there. He enjoys sports and music events and loves to travel. As an assistant, you will be by his side wherever he is. It is important that you, as an assistant, are proactive since he needs a lot of support to stay active and motivated.

Role and Experience of the Assistant

We are looking for someone who is the extended arm to help our team create a better quality of life. Good knowledge of Swedish is necessary as he has speech and communication difficulties. You are flexible, calm in your work, organized, proactive, and attentive. We expect you to be smoke-free during working hours. You work with heart and competence. You will receive individualized introduction/training in all aspects of the client's support needs and routines on-site.

Desirable Experience

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.
• Enjoy sports, music, and travel.
• Experience in similar work.
• It is desirable if you have a driver's license.

Working Hours/Employment Rate

• Work shifts on weekdays from 15:00 to 09:30, with on-call duty at night.
• Extra staff as needed for leave, illness, or vacation.
