The Role of the Recruiter

As a recruiter, you will hold a key position where you closely collaborate with the HR manager to attract and identify competent staff for our organization. Your role will involve the entire recruitment process, from creating and promoting job advertisements to actively seeking potential candidates and conducting interviews.

We are looking for someone who

• Has good communication skills and masters the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
• Is creative in your approach to attract the right candidates.
• Is driven, solution-oriented, and goal-oriented.
• Has normal to good computer skills.
• Experience in recruitment is an advantage.
