Employment type? Consulting assignment for 12 months

About the Role:

In this role, you will work with sales and customer service. The role involves strengthening customer relationships by contacting new customers, following up with passive customers, and handling incoming calls. You will work in a larger team where you have close cooperation with the company's back-office function.

Who are you?

You have recently graduated from high school and have gained some experience as a customer service representative or salesperson. You are good at handling people and are passionate about providing the best possible service to customers. As a person, you are outgoing, responsible, and skilled at finding solutions to the problems you face.

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• 1-3 years of experience in customer care or sales
