We are now looking for nursing assistants for permanent employment at 100% for Allegio Omsorg in Nacka.

About the job

Allegio is an employee-owned home care service that has been operating since 2015. Today, we are located in several places in Sweden. Based on our guiding principles GOOD: Joy, order, drive, and responsibility, we aim to make a difference. Together, we are Allegio.

As an employee with us, you will be responsible for carrying out approved assistance measures, which include support and help with meal situations, hygiene, transfers, activation, etc. Your task will also be to support customers as needed and strengthen their ability to be independent.

We are looking for someone who wants to work days, Monday to Friday, always off on public holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

Engagement and interest in the target group.

You are meticulous and set high standards for your work.

You are service-oriented, stable, empathetic, loyal, and have good judgment.

You have the ability to collaborate with colleagues and customers.

You have the ability to take responsibility and work independently.

You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.

We prefer that you have some form of nursing assistant education.

Proficient in Swedish in speech and writing.

Have a driver's license B.

Experience in home care and knowledge of Phoniro is an advantage.
