Job Responsibilities:

We work on behalf of the Stockholm region with the national child health care program. You will work independently but always have colleagues nearby to collaborate and discuss matters with. The role of a BVC nurse is varied, including vaccinations, home visits (we work according to the extended home visit program), doctor appointments, developmental assessments, and, above all, support for parents during one of life's most important phases.

Qualifications:

You need to be a specialist-trained nurse, either as a pediatric nurse or a district nurse. Previous work at a BVC or with children is an advantage. Great emphasis is placed on personality and personal qualities, as well as a commitment to child health care. For those working at BVC, continuous training is offered to strengthen your competence in child health care. We use Take Care as our medical record system and work with both physical and digital visits. Understanding and being understood in Swedish and English is a requirement.

Employment and Application:

Permanent position at 100% (we apply a 6-month probationary period). Start date by agreement. Mama Mia has a collective agreement with the healthcare employers.

About the Clinic:

Our clinic is located near Kista Galleria. It is easy to get here, just 15 minutes from the city! We are co-located and have a close collaboration with the Midwifery Clinic and Ultrasound Clinic, all three clinics are under the same roof with a shared reception.
