Working as a Billing Coordinator

We are looking for an economist who wants to join our billing group at our office in Järntorget, Gothenburg. Here, you will have primary responsibility for billing for several business groups and work closely with colleagues. As a new employee, you will quickly be involved in the daily work at the firm and will participate in a comprehensive onboarding program. Additionally, there are always knowledgeable and helpful colleagues to consult.

Some of your tasks:

  • ongoing billing with individual responsibility
  • preparing reports and statistics
  • billing via clients' eBilling systems
  • various financial follow-ups
  • support and training in the firm's billing system
  • working with colleagues on overarching projects within the billing group

Who you are

To thrive in this role, we believe you are someone who is driven to solve problems and provide service. You are organized, can handle tight deadlines, and express yourself well verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.

We prefer that you have a degree from a university, college, or vocational school with a focus on economics. Alternatively, you may have worked for a few years in the field and thus gained relevant experience equivalent to studies.
