About the role

As a site manager with us, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our projects, focusing on ensuring quality, timelines, and work environment. You will be an important link between the project manager and the team on site, acting as the project manager's right hand. You will also be responsible for ordering materials for the projects and ensuring that everything is in place on time. In this role, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively is crucial to ensure a smooth work process.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and distributing tasks to the team on the construction site.
• Ensuring that the work follows the project's guidelines and schedule.
• Being the project manager's right hand and supporting in matters related to daily work.
• Being responsible for the work environment together with the project manager and ensuring that safety regulations are followed.
• Being responsible for material orders and ensuring that the right materials are available on time.
• Communicating clearly with the team, project manager, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Checking and reporting material needs to the project manager.
• Supporting and motivating the team to achieve the best results.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in site management within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on masonry or facade renovation.
• Is a natural leader who can motivate and engage your team.
• Has a good understanding of construction techniques and work processes.
• Has experience in material ordering and logistics.
• Is solution-oriented, responsible, and structured.
• Has excellent communication skills and can adapt your communication to different target groups.
• Has a valid driver's license (B).
