We are passionate about restoring Gothenburg's stone buildings to their former glory and strive to make the world a little better, one trowel at a time. We undertake projects both as a general contractor and as a subcontractor, which gives us broad experience and flexibility in our commitments.

About the role

As a project manager with us, you will play a key role in calculating, planning, leading, and following up on masonry and facade renovation projects. You are responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning and coordinating resources, materials, and personnel.
• Contact with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
• Quality assurance and safety work on the construction site.
• Budget and cost monitoring.
• Calculating and preparing quotes for new and ongoing projects.
• Leading and motivating the team to ensure successful projects.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on masonry or facade renovation.
• Has experience in calculation and budgeting.
• Has relevant education in construction technology or equivalent experience.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Has good communication skills and enjoys leading and collaborating with others.
• Shares our values of sustainability and quality in craftsmanship. You have your heart in the right place!
• Has a B driver's license.
