About the position
We proudly announce that we are helping our client Lindex find a Danish-speaking Customer Engagement Officer. Lindex is a growing global fashion company, with 440 stores in 17 countries and global online sales through partnerships. Their product range includes women's clothing, children's wear, lingerie, and cosmetics.
The company continues to grow through its own channels and global fashion platforms, with a sustainability promise to empower women, respect the planet, and advocate for human rights. Lindex is owned by Lindex Group Abp. The position is located at the office in central Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
In this role, you will be working with the launching of the new Danish website. You will be responsible for reviewing and quality-assuring the text content on the Danish site, ensuring accurate translations, and ensuring the language reflects the company's tone. You will also be part of the customer service team, handling customer inquiries and responding to questions via phone and digital channels, contributing to a high level of service and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service or another service-oriented role
- Good understanding of written communication, grammar, and tone
- Strong digital skills and familiarity with systems
- Proficient in Swedish and English
- Able to communicate fluently in Danish, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
- Experience of working with digital e-commerce systems, such as CMS, PIM, or other platforms for product and content management
Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment until 2025-10-31. Start 2025-02-03.
