Our sales team in Gothenburg is looking for a new colleague! Are you a competitive person motivated by making deals and building long-lasting relationships with customers?
Both junior and more experienced salespeople are welcome!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a customer responsible salesperson at Framtiden, you will play a key role in connecting talents with exciting career opportunities. You are the company's professional face to the outside world and build long-term relationships with our customers.
Your daily work is varied, with the following foundation:
- Prospecting new customers
- Handling cold and warm calls to customers
- Identifying staffing needs with new and existing customers
- Tailoring solutions within staffing and recruitment for the customer, acting as an advisor to the customer's recruitment needs
- Conducting sales meetings, both digitally and primarily physically at the customer's location
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone eager to develop and driven to learn more about sales! You are goal-oriented and results-driven. You enjoy working with freedom under responsibility and drive your own development!
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Driving license B
Meritorious:
- B2B experience
- Industry knowledge
- A personal network
