Eneas Services AB is now looking for an engaged employee for our Customer Service department.

Through our sourcing service, we offer competitive energy procurement to corporate customers. We emphasize a high level of service with functions that include market expertise and analysis, customer service, BackOffice, sales, and customer management.

Are you a person who is passionate about providing first-class service and has a natural talent for handling administrative tasks efficiently? We want you on our team to strengthen our position in the electricity market in Sweden.

Job Description: Customer Care Specialist We are looking for an engaged and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist who is passionate about retaining our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. You will play a key role in building long-term relationships with our customers and improving their experience with our services.

Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries both via phone and email, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-up.

Strengthen long-term customer relationships through positive conversations, holdback activities, and regular follow-up.

Analyze customer feedback and trends to suggest improvements.

Work proactively to identify and resolve customer issues before they escalate.

Management of cancellations, churn, and winback.

Combine the role of Customer Care in joint purchasing with other departments in the office in the best possible way.

Effective use of digital customer dialogue tools to improve communication and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong internal drive and ability to motivate yourself in your work.

Initiative and excellent ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently.

Good collaboration skills and ability to work well both within the team and with other parts of the organization.

Structured and meticulous.

Interest in using digital tools in your work.
