The City Environment Administration has a comprehensive responsibility for the city's public spaces and overall accessibility. We work to create accessible, attractive, and vibrant urban environments and natural areas. The administration owns and manages the tram network in Gothenburg. Approximately 900 people work in the administration.
The City Environment Administration is part of the urban development administrations in Gothenburg. Together, we work to create conditions for a functioning infrastructure, quality housing and premises, an inviting public environment, and strive for the city to be sustainable from all perspectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Agreement and Monitoring Unit is organized under the Mobility and Service Travel Department, and the unit's main mission is to ensure that there are businesslike and quality-assured agreements and monitoring of these. We strive to have a cross-functional, process-based working method with high business acumen and customer focus. Through close dialogue with the market and our operations, we ensure that we set the right requirements in our agreements and see our suppliers as strategic partners.
We are now looking for a Project Leader for In-Depth Supplier Control at 50% for a temporary position of 3 months for the Agreement and Monitoring Unit (currently 10 people).
- The Agreement and Monitoring Unit sees a need to develop and deepen methods and tools regarding in-depth supplier control. The purpose of the assignment is to map the current situation and find a methodology to work forward. A targeted effort against specific suppliers may also be relevant.
- The assignment will also include continuing the work that has been done on reviewing specific labor law conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with:
- an academic background in, for example, economics or law
- extensive experience in supplier monitoring
- long experience of working collaboratively with various stakeholders in a structured and independent manner
- good knowledge of contact pathways within this area in Gothenburg and other authorities.
