About the position

Depending on the assignment, you will work with various tasks in the role of an economist. As a finance assistant, for example, you will be responsible for assisting economists in daily financial work with tasks that include sorting and registering supplier invoices, matching invoices against purchase orders, and archiving verifications. You will also print customer invoices, match them against delivery notes, invoice via EDI, and monitor overdue invoices. Another example is in auditing, where you assist and participate in year-end closing with tasks such as reporting accounts receivable and accounts payable. Other reconciliations, handling travel expenses, and ordering goods are also tasks you may be responsible for.

About you

We are looking for someone who wants to start their career in the field of economics. You are currently studying a post-secondary education in economics and are graduating around the turn of the year or this summer, or you have graduated in the past year. You have an analytical mindset and good computer skills. Furthermore, we believe that you are meticulous and have an eye for detail, as well as possessing a good numerical sense and strong collaboration skills.

Important for the assignments:

• You have a post-secondary education in economics.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You are analytical, communicative, and engaged!

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability for the various assignments.
