Essity is a leading global company in hygiene, health, and home for brands such as Libero, TENA, Libresse, Tork, Sorbact, and JOBST. Essity Edet Bruk, with 400 employees, produces approximately 100,000 tons of paper in the form of toilet and household paper each year. Essity is characterized by a modern organization that manufactures products in a sustainable and innovative way through commitment and expertise. 86% of the paper produced at Edet Bruk is based on recycled fibers, and only 14% consists of new fibers. After replacing natural gas with biogas, Edet Bruk became the world's first large-scale paper producer with completely fossil-free production in 2022. The factory consists of several departments, such as pulp processing, steam central, paper production, converting, and logistics.
Job Description
Are you a structured and goal-oriented person with experience in personnel administration and mass recruitment? We offer an exciting role in a dynamic work environment with good opportunities for development.
As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for leading and executing a comprehensive recruitment process for approximately 60 summer workers. Your main tasks include:
- Planning and coordinating the recruitment process to ensure timelines and goals are met.
- Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, and execution.
- Personnel administration, such as contract writing and documentation.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders and departments to ensure a smooth process.
Experience and Competencies
We are looking for someone with experience in independent work within recruitment and relevant education in the field. You are results-oriented, structured, and have the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements for the role:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably mass recruitment.
- Experience in leading or coordinating projects.
- Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Good system proficiency, preferably in Workday or similar HR and recruitment systems.
- Driver's license B.
Desirable competencies:
- Experience in project management and stakeholder management.
- Previous work in personnel administration and contract writing.
- Experience working in Workday or similar systems.
The position is during daytime hours and is based in Lilla Edet. An initial training period may take place in Gothenburg (Mölndal).
Application & Employment ProcedureIn this recruitment, you will be employed by Skill. The assignment starts in February 2025 as a 100% consultancy position. Earliest start is mid-February until June 30, 2025, with the possibility of extension.
