The job responsibilities include handling customer bookings for service and repairs, making damage assessments, scheduling and planning work for the mechanics, and managing customer payments. You will provide proposals for actions as well as price calculations and quotes to customers and insurance companies. It is part of the role to allocate booked work to the workshop in such an efficient way that agreed delivery times are met for the customer.

This is a direct recruitment and you will be employed directly by the client.

Your profileWe need someone who has knowledge of cars and car repairs. We prefer that you have experience from work such as claims adjuster/claims advisor, mechanic, or damage repairer and have a good understanding of all the processes in the workshop. Automotive technical education and documented experience from the automotive industry are highly meritorious. It is also an advantage if you have worked with the business systems Kobra and/or Cabas. A requirement is familiarity with working with a phone and computer as tools. To succeed in the role, it is important that you have a good sense of service and the attitude to always see solutions. You strive to create good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Since the tasks are many and involve some planning and administration, it is important that you can prioritize and be structured and meticulous in your work. A B driver's license is a requirement, and you must master the Swedish language both in speech and writing.
