ABOUT THE ROLE YOU ARE APPLYING FOR

As a coordinator/administrator in the Västsverige region, you will play a central role in our daily operations. You will work closely with the regional manager, our team leaders, and service technicians, as well as customers, to ensure smooth administrative processes.

Our region consists of about 45 driven technicians, and we work with large clients in real estate and infrastructure, including Postnord, Bankomat, Västtrafik, Bring, and the City of Gothenburg, to name a few. We operate in a large geographical area that currently includes Västra Götaland and Halland, but next year we will also be responsible for building up Norway, where we will assist customers with, for example, parcel robots and service of various types of cabinets, etc.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Handling incoming cases and correspondence.
• Administration of contracts, invoicing, and follow-up.
• Planning and coordinating meetings, training sessions, and projects.
• Supporting the regional manager and the team with administrative tasks.
• Ensuring that our documentation and systems are up to date.
• Following up on the work done by technicians, reporting to the regional manager and team leaders.
• Booking and planning incoming work for team leaders and service technicians.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in administrative work, preferably in finance or similar roles.
• Is structured and meticulous with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Has good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and can express themselves well in English.
• Is service-oriented and has a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Location: The position is based at our depot in Västra Frölunda (near Frölunda Torg), and you will report directly to the regional manager.
