Management Consultant in Management Systems

is one of CANEA's core areas. We are now looking for a management consultant focused on management systems with a specialization in the automotive industry. The role involves working at both strategic management levels and operational levels "hands on" together with the client to create a more efficient operation by developing the client's way of working with building, developing, and establishing management systems.

Our clients consist of a mix of large and medium-sized companies in both the private and public sectors where you may also work as the client's project manager in various change efforts. Our management consultants are also course leaders in our training programs, which we believe enhances your skills as a speaker and lecturer.

You see yourself executing and project-managing assignments for our clients, selling consulting assignments together with our consulting salespeople, and being a course leader for our training programs.

Requirements:

• Academic degree such as a Master of Science in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5-15 years of work experience in similar fields.
• Experience from the automotive industry.
• Experience with management systems for extra high requirements, especially IATF 16949.
• Knowledge of Core Tools.
• Fluent in Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

Meritorious:

• Competence regarding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 as well as GMP/GxP and/or AS9100.
• Knowledge of FMEA AIAG-VDA, VDA 6.1, VDA 6.3 and 8D.
• Experience in project management or auditing.
