Stenungsund Municipality is an expanding coastal municipality with approximately 27,800 inhabitants, a strong business community, residential environments close to the sea, and good communication opportunities. The municipality has a well-developed cultural and association life as well as good conditions for outdoor activities and recreation. Wholeness, openness, participation, and transparency are the municipality's guiding principles.
The municipality is organized into an administration with four sectors. The support functions sector includes, among other things, finance, personnel, administration and digitization, communication and coordination, and service. The mission of the support functions is to facilitate and streamline operations.
The HR function is a support function that, through a consultative working method, supports managers in personnel work with both operational and strategic personnel issues. The staffing unit is organizationally sorted under the HR function.
We work as a central municipality-wide staffing unit tasked with organizing the municipality's temporary staffing more efficiently based on standardization, quality assurance, and better resource utilization. The staffing unit supports the municipality's operations with short-term staffing and recruitment administration.
Are you a responsible administrator who enjoys variety in your work? Are you motivated by working in a supportive function to drive the operations forward? We need to temporarily strengthen our unit and are now looking for a temporary Staffing Administrator.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The work mainly consists of booking substitutes based on the needs of the operations according to orders in TimeCare Pool. The work involves a lot of contact with substitutes, coordinators, managers, and other stakeholders. To efficiently and accurately ensure that the operations have their substitute needs covered and administration in connection with the process.
The position may include work and responsibility for recruiting personnel for the operations that the staffing unit supports, such as selecting candidates from advertisements, inviting for interviews, conducting group interviews, reference checks, and all relevant administration in connection with the process.
In this role, you will primarily work in the systems TimeCare Pool, Winlas, Self-Service/HR, and Visma Recruit.
The role means that you are the face of the Staffing Unit for the municipality's operations regarding substitute procurement. The work is performed with a professional approach and a high level of service in all situations where a solution-focused attitude is fundamental. The operation is customer-oriented and requires high stress tolerance, as the work is sometimes performed under time pressure. The role also requires good collaboration skills with colleagues as well as good structure.
Working hours are weekdays from 06:30-15:00 but may change based on needs.
The position is a temporary role for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with relevant academic education, preferably with a focus on HR or acquired experience deemed equivalent by the employer. You have experience working with and being responsible for staffing and/or recruitment operationally, preferably within the public sector. The work requires good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
It is advantageous if you have previously worked with the programs TimeCare Pool and Self-Service (Personec) in the role of staffing planner or system administrator. Knowledge of ATL is also advantageous.
Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
