Carilo Property Management is looking for a driven, engaged, and service-oriented person for a part-time administrative position, focusing on handling maintenance requests, having insight into ongoing projects such as renovations, communicating with tenants, and supporting the business with customer service and sales of our services.

We offer a varied role where no day is the same, and we are looking for someone who enjoys working broadly and flexibly.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle maintenance requests and act as a contact person for tenants.
  • Assist with marketing and manage social media.
  • Be the link between our customers and our services, with some sales focus.
  • Administrative tasks that may include everything from document management to case follow-up and cleaning.

Desirable competencies (not required):

  • Knowledge of Excel to handle basic data processing and follow-up.
  • Interest and experience in design, photography, web development to support smaller projects.
  • Experience in invoicing and bookkeeping to assist the finance department when needed.

We are looking for someone who is driven, flexible, and has an easy time collaborating in a dynamic environment. You are communicative and appreciate having a varied workday where you sometimes get to be a problem solver and sometimes a salesperson.
