The Swedish National Board of Institutional Care, SiS, is an authority responsible for individually adapted compulsory care for young people with complex psychosocial issues and for adults with substance abuse. SiS youth home Nereby operates in Harestad and Bergsjön. We conduct differentiated and high-quality school, care, and treatment work. The operations include a variety of professions, such as teachers, treatment pedagogues, psychologists, nurses, and more. SiS youth home Nereby receives both school-attending and non-school-attending boys with psychosocial issues as well as criminal behavior and substance abuse.
Job Description
Join us on our journey of change. The role of HR generalist is a newly established position within our institutions across Sweden. This is a step to strengthen the authority's HR competence, and you will be an important part of SiS's new organization.
As an HR generalist at the institution, you support managers and employees to create the conditions for them to fully do what they do best. In this role, you will work operationally, independently, and broadly across the entire HR area, which includes recruitment, systematic work environment management, rehabilitation, competence development, labor law (conditions, agreements), and union negotiations. You will collaborate with various professional groups within the institution, within the authority, but also with actors outside the authority, such as occupational health services. You have experience and knowledge of working with various personnel systems. We use Primula and Reachmee, to name a few systems.

Qualifications
To perform the job effectively, we see the following requirements:
- A degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- Several years of broad operational HR experience.
- Good knowledge and current experience in labor law advisory.
- Experience in working with competence-based recruitment.
- Experience in providing managerial support in all HR-related issues.
- Good knowledge of work environment legislation, systematic work environment management, rehabilitation, and experience in working with these processes.
Meritorious:
- Knowledge of public labor law

You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues. Through your working style, you create trust with those you meet based on your profession. You have a strong interest in managing the full breadth of HR issues and have the ability to plan, structure, and prioritize tasks. It is also important that you have good pedagogical skills and communicate clearly based on the target group.

Employment:
The position is a fixed-term full-time employment with a start date according to agreement. Before employment, the employer will conduct a check against suspicions and the criminal record.
