We are now looking for an enthusiastic and committed accounting assistant who wants to be part of our finance team at Mark & Energibyggarna! You will be responsible for our accounts receivable and will work continuously with accounts payable. A varied job where you will work broadly for several companies within the group. In our finance team, we are six people, where we support each other and work together to achieve our goals. You will find us in nice offices in Mölndal!

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Registering and posting supplier invoices.
• Communicating with internal departments and suppliers to resolve billing issues.
• Performing reconciliations and analyses of accounts payable to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Assisting in monthly and annual closing by providing relevant information and reports.
• Responsible for and managing accounts receivable and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
• Following up on unpaid invoices and taking appropriate actions to ensure payment.
• Registering incoming payments and handling any discrepancies.
• Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in finance – you have a high school education or a vocational diploma in finance and several years of experience in similar tasks and feel confident in basic accounting. You are experienced in working with accounting systems and are comfortable with Excel and have good communication skills in Swedish.

As a person, you have your own drive and the ability to work proactively and take initiative. You thrive when you can take full responsibility and contribute to the success of the team. With your outgoing personality and fearless approach to communication, you build strong relationships and create trust – both internally and externally.
