After many successful years, Orusts Sparbank is now expanding its private market department and is looking for an experienced private advisor.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team, puts the customer first, and works solution-oriented. You are driven by meeting customers and taking responsibility for their ongoing business.

About the position

In the role of private advisor at Orusts Sparbank, you will provide financial advice and tailor solutions for the bank's new and existing private customers. We have a genuine interest in our customers, and we are looking for someone who can nurture and develop that relationship in an engaged and businesslike manner. We meet our customers at the office, via Teams, over the phone, or through our digital channels. You will book, prepare, and conduct advisory meetings where the goal is to find an optimal overall solution for the customer in saving, investing, borrowing, insuring, and paying. It is important that you are someone who makes customers feel seen and cared for. You will also ensure that you keep up with developments regarding regulations, digital tools, and instructions, as well as participate in the bank's various marketing activities.

About you We are looking for someone who has experience working at a bank, enjoys meeting people, and has the ability to build trust with customers and colleagues. You are communicative, structured, driven to achieve set goals and results together with your colleagues. You are motivated by customer meetings and strive to provide the best service. The job requires good analytical skills and proficiency in both spoken and written communication.

We are looking for someone who already holds a Swedsec advisor and mortgage license.
