Are you Avarda's new Customer Service Advisor?
Avarda is part of TF Bank AB, listed on Nasdaq OMX, with offices in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Germany. Avarda is growing rapidly in the Nordics and is now looking for solution-oriented and service-minded employees to strengthen our Customer Service Team. We are looking for someone who is proficient in Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish and is interested in full-time, part-time, or fixed-term employment.

What does the role entail?
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Perform administrative tasks related to customer inquiries.
- Actively work to improve customer experiences and ensure high service quality.
- Identify and suggest improvements to streamline workflows and processes.
- Support other departments and contribute to collaboration within the organization.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is:
- Service-oriented with the ability to handle various customer situations professionally.
- Solution-oriented, goal-driven, and unafraid to take on new challenges.
- A strong communicator with a good ability to express yourself well in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
- Preferred: Fluent in Finnish or Norwegian.
Other qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce and finance.
- A genuine interest in learning new things and developing.
