Are you Avarda's new Customer Service Advisor?

Avarda is growing rapidly in the Nordics and is now looking for solution-oriented and service-minded employees to strengthen our Customer Service Team. We are looking for someone who is proficient in Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish and is interested in full-time, part-time, or fixed-term employment.

What does the role entail?

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
• Perform administrative tasks related to customer inquiries.
• Actively work to improve customer experiences and ensure high service quality.
• Identify and suggest improvements to streamline workflows and processes.
• Support other departments and contribute to collaboration within the organization.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is:

• Service-oriented with the ability to handle various customer situations professionally.
• Solution-oriented, goal-driven, and unafraid to take on new challenges.
• A strong communicator with a good ability to express yourself well in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
• Preferred: Fluent in Finnish or Norwegian.

Other qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce and finance.
• A genuine interest in learning new things and developing.
