Rolfs Flyg och Buss, Sweden's largest travel organizer for group trips, is looking for a business-driven and engaged B2B Sales Manager.

About the position

In this role, you will be key to helping our group department achieve its ambitious sales and growth targets. You will be part of a wonderful team of travel producers who work together to deliver unforgettable experiences to groups, companies, and associations. Within the department, we sell trips from both our existing range and create trips tailored specifically for the customer.

  • Proactive sales and handling incoming inquiries
  • Building relationships and driving sales with our partners and resellers
  • Creating new business opportunities and profitable relationships
  • Developing and creating marketing materials
  • Travel, participation in fairs and industry events is included

About you

  • You have previous experience in sales and customer relations, preferably within the travel industry with proven good results
  • You are proactive, results-oriented, and used to independently driving business from initial contact to successful deal
  • You are flexible and enjoy juggling multiple tasks
  • You excel at communicating, building strong relationships, and creating trust
