We are looking for

We are now looking for customer advisors for our customer service in Vara and Nossebro.

The job involves meeting our customers physically in our customer service at the office in Vara or in Nossebro. You will assist with a wide range of questions related to saving, paying, and borrowing. It also involves a lot of technical support for our services, primarily in the private sector. A very varied job that is constantly evolving; we like to be at the forefront and continually strive for improvements where all employees' ideas and contributions are important.

We are looking for someone who…

• Is service-oriented and enjoys doing business
• Takes great responsibility and is an inspiring customer advisor and employee
• Is communicative and easily makes new contacts
• Enjoys finding solutions to problems that may arise and has a positive attitude towards getting involved in tasks that require rolling up your sleeves
• Is flexible and unpretentious with a strong desire to develop
• If you have a degree in economics, it is a plus
• Experience from banking or other service and sales professions is an advantage
• Swedsec license, mortgage license, and IDD certification are advantageous

You act according to the bank's values and contribute to achieving the bank's set goals.

The positions are 100% and start date is negotiable. Location is Vara or Nossebro.
