About the position

Do you want to make a difference every day? We are now looking for a creative and driven teacher in leisure and sports who wants to become part of our dedicated team. Here you will have great opportunities to influence and truly contribute to the students' future. We also believe that good collaboration is the key for students to reach their full potential. You will work closely with two sports teachers, and the teaching in sports is currently taking place in facilities outside the school. Furthermore, you will actively work with the organization's values and vision – every student can succeed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct teaching in sports and health
• Organize leisure activities for students in accordance with the curriculum and governing documents.
• Strengthen students' physical and mental well-being by creating engaging and inclusive environments together with colleagues.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school management to support students' development
• Be a safe adult and role model for students
• You work together with your colleagues as the school's staff is organized in teams where teachers, leisure teachers, and student health collaborate to ensure that the students' entire day is positive.

Qualifications

• Certified teacher in sports and health
• Experience working with children and young people of different ages
• Ability to create positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Creative and solution-oriented
• Good communication skills, you speak and communicate fluently in Swedish
• You have good insight and knowledge of the school's governing documents and have a good ability to implement these practically in daily work.
