Warehouse Workers Needed at Blåkläder in Svenljunga

Blåkläder is growing and looking for more engaged and hardworking employees for our warehouse in Svenljunga! We currently have 10 new positions available for Warehouse Workers in our departments – Inbound, Outbound, and VAS. Read on and submit your application; perhaps you are one of our new colleagues!

About the Positions

As a Warehouse Worker with us, you will work to ensure that the entire warehouse operates smoothly, and we assist where needed. Regardless of which department you are in, we work both independently and in teams. We are looking for Warehouse Workers for all of our different departments, where the tasks may vary depending on which department you are in.

Inbound/Buffer
Here we receive all goods from our factories, which means we work with container unloading and sorting cartons into our high storage using high-tech forklifts. We also have a returns department and a quality department, totaling 18 employees. All goods are stored here before they proceed to our state-of-the-art Autostore. To drive a forklift in the Inbound department, a B4 forklift license is required.
Outbound
In Outbound, we pick and pack customer orders using our newly expanded Autostore. Tasks include storage, sorting packages, handling pallets, and some forklift driving. In this department, we have 24 employees, and we also work in three different shift groups.
VAS
In our VAS department, we refine products according to customer wishes and needs. This may involve applying decals, embroidering, performing garment alterations, or preparing special packaging for orders to our customers. In VAS, we are a team of 80 employees working in three different shift groups.

Within the different departments, we rotate between various stations to keep the work varied as much as possible, and we collaborate across departmental boundaries when needed.

It is advantageous if you have:

Experience in warehouse and logistics operations
B4 forklift license, but if you do not have it, we offer training to obtain the license
Experience with business systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics

Since shift work occurs in most departments in our warehouse, you should live in the local area or have a driver's license and access to a car.

Employment: Permanent full-time position, with a 6-month probationary period.
