This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment. Job Responsibilities

As an air freight forwarder, your primary task is to ensure that customers' transport needs are met efficiently. You will have daily contact with customers and suppliers, manage bookings, and ensure that transports are carried out on time and according to customer requirements. You are responsible for updating systems with accurate information, booking cost-effective transports, and proactively working to inform customers about delivery status, manage deviations, and propose solutions. Additionally, you will respond to price inquiries, handle upselling, and assist customers with climate compensation (Go Green) and insurance. The role also involves following up and analyzing reports that are communicated to customers. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will work with regular follow-ups and actively contribute to continuous improvements in a dynamic and solution-oriented environment.

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Post-secondary education in transport, logistics, or forwarding

• Work experience in air import, customs, road transport, or other forwarding is highly meritorious

• Good knowledge of Excel, experience with CargoWise is meritorious

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form, Chinese is meritorious
