Capio Psychiatry is investing in continued development and will open a new NP clinic in Gothenburg in the spring of 2025. We are now looking for a Medical Administrator. Welcome to join us on our exciting journey of development! Our operations will be characterized by a strong focus on high-quality care, good service, and great commitment. The work is stimulating and developing with a high degree of participation and personal responsibility; you will work together with other professional categories to develop the operations. At Capio Psychiatry, development work is constantly ongoing, and we have a training-friendly work environment.

In addition to the usual tasks of a medical administrator, you will also work in a supportive role for the manager and in close collaboration with the operations manager regarding statistics, schedule planning, external and internal communication, IT, and local issues. You will report directly to the operations manager. You will also work towards an efficient and supportive administrative function at the clinic.

About you

You are a trained medical administrator. Since the position involves extensive contacts, both internal and external, it is important to have a good sense of service and responsiveness to build well-functioning relationships and create a good work environment. Therefore, a high degree of flexibility and stress resistance is required, as well as the ability to independently plan your work and drive development processes.
