About the Role

Our business area Product & Software Engineering is growing, and we are now looking for a technical project manager who wants to help develop our teams. You will work across a range of industries, from telecom and automotive to space, medical technology, and defense, leading teams both internally in our development department in Gothenburg and at client sites. As a consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to broaden your experience and knowledge while being an important part of our electronics development.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in leading technical projects and a strong technical background in embedded systems. You have previous experience in software or hardware development, and you are accustomed to working with agile methods and modern tools like SAFe and Jira. As a person, you are a problem-solver with a natural ability to coach and lead different types of people to success.

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

• Have several years of experience in project management within embedded development.
• Have extensive experience in software or hardware development.
• Are used to leading teams in agile development, preferably with experience in SAFe.
• Have strong communication skills, both in Swedish and English, and are accustomed to working in international environments.
