Job Description

As a Project Manager in our operations in Gothenburg, you will work with construction and civil engineering projects. You will handle a range of responsibilities within the framework of the position. Clients we work for include municipalities, private property owners, and larger clients in the automotive industry. You will independently drive projects but also work together in project groups. You will be frequently out with clients and be a face for the company. You will also have experienced colleagues from various disciplines to assist you.

Examples of tasks for the position include:

• Project and design management
• Construction management
• Coordination and control of installations
• Cost estimation and financial management
• Planning and participating in coordinated testing
• Inspections
• Act as a technical expert in Construction.
• Be the BAS-P in the projects
• Environmental and Energy optimization is a merit.
• KA certification level K is a merit.
• Ability to establish maintenance plans for clients (planned maintenance)
• Propose improvements and development of services, both internally and towards clients.
• Good social skills

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is likely a civil engineer in Construction or equivalent. Alternatively, you have equivalent skills and experience.

You have good knowledge of LOU with construction of multi-family housing, public premises (such as schools, gymnasiums, residences with special services), and tenant adaptations with at least 5-10 years of experience as a construction project manager or construction manager. It is desirable to have KA certification, level K, and necessary skills as BAS-P and U. Experience in industrial construction is a merit.

As a person, you are engaged and proactive in the tasks you perform. You enjoy creating new contacts and seeing opportunities for improvements. Furthermore, you have the ability to work independently but also the ability to collaborate and positively create engagement in a group. Mentorship is included in the position.

Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is a merit. Travel in the position occurs to some extent, and therefore a B driver's license is required.
