We have just over 120 employees, ensuring that the common water and sewage systems function optimally in Färgelanda, Munkedal, Sotenäs, and Uddevalla. One of society's most important tasks, if you ask us.

With us, you will be part of a team of thirteen people in the project department – a group that collaborates in a wonderful mix of technology, environment, and law. We operate from our headquarters in Uddevalla, but our projects include both the renovation and new construction of pipelines and facilities in all four of our owner municipalities.

Your mission

The foundation of your job is to lead contracts. You ensure that the work is performed in the best possible way – like a classic spider in the web.

You gather the extensive knowledge and ideas from our experienced operational staff and turn them into a successful project. You independently initiate and lead our water projects from start to finish. From investigation and project management to construction and documentation.

Central role with a holistic view

On-site in the projects and from your office chair, you coordinate and manage the work to ensure everything runs smoothly and to drive the processes forward efficiently.

You will be in contact with designers, calculation engineers, contractors, suppliers, and property owners. You are also comfortable reaching out to authorities and guiding projects through the municipal decision-making process.

Communicative and engaged team player

We are looking for someone who is structured and engaged. You have a strong sense of responsibility and are good at leading and distributing tasks. Since you have a central role, a holistic view, collaboration, and clear communication come naturally to you. With your good judgment, financial awareness, and stable approach to handling various situations, you have all the prerequisites to make the decisions required in this job.

With education in water management and/or experience from the water industry, you fit well with us. If not, you have relevant education or experience as a supervisor, site manager, or from project management in construction and civil engineering. Regardless, we hope you want to develop with us.

Requirements

• Driver's license (B)
• Computer proficiency
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Desirable

• Experience as a project manager or construction manager
• Experience in new or renovation of pipelines or streets in a municipal environment
• Experience in dealing with authorities in projects

As we are a socially important business, it may be necessary in the future to undergo a security clearance for upcoming projects.
