NCC is tasked with developing the facilities in Mariestad together with our client Specialfastigheter. It is a large and challenging project that places high demands on our execution. The Role of Site Manager

As a site manager, you will have an independent and varied job with great responsibility where you lead and distribute the ongoing work with subcontractors and young apprentices, focusing on work environment, quality, economy, and time. In collaboration with the block manager, to whom you report, and other site managers, you will plan and lead your part of the project forward and ensure that we keep our promises. You will participate in the development of schedules, check your own activities, and perform work preparations together with other team members.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a technical education in construction or equivalent experience. In addition, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a site manager in production. You are comfortable with digital tools, and your working method is characterized by business acumen where you strive to achieve set goals in your projects. As a person, you are responsible and organized, and you are passionate about working in production. You are engaged in your work and understand the importance of good collaboration with all involved; skilled workers, subcontractors, support functions, customers, colleagues, and managers. As a leader, you engage and motivate through participation to achieve set goals and deadlines. Good Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement, as well as a B driver's license.

Additional Information

The position is a permanent employment located at our project office in Mariestad. The position undergoes background checks in accordance with NCC's security culture.
