Your Responsibilities

The role requires high attendance and punctuality. The reception is the company's first point of contact with visitors, customers, and employees, making it important that you are on site on time and create a professional and welcoming first impression every day. We are looking for you who want to take significant personal responsibility for the reception and who take pride in creating a welcoming, well-organized, and representative environment. You see opportunities for improvement, are happy to bring new ideas, and work actively to develop routines and working methods. The role includes, among other things:

  • Receiving and welcoming visitors.
  • Handling incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Administering mail, deliveries, and booking of meeting rooms.
  • Responsible for the daily operations and development of the reception.
  • Having contact with and coordinating external suppliers, such as cleaning companies and other service partners.
  • Serving as an administrative support to HR and the rest of the business.
  • Contributing with improvement suggestions and developing working methods that create an even better experience for our visitors.

Your Background and Qualities

We are looking for you who are service-oriented, structured, and thrive on taking your own initiatives. You have a natural sense of hospitality, enjoy creating order, building relationships, and providing a professional reception. You are unpretentious, curious, and dare to ask questions to learn about the business and find the best solutions. To succeed in the role, we believe you:

  • Take great responsibility and feel pride in your workplace and the reception.
  • Are proactive and see what needs to be done before anyone else does.
  • Thrive with many contact areas and find it easy to collaborate with both colleagues and external parties.
  • Are solution-oriented, flexible, and have good prioritization skills.
  • Have experience from reception, administration, or another service-oriented role.
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Have good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.

Working hours are during the day, 08:00–16:30 Monday to Friday. The position is located in Sösdala. The appointment will be made by agreement, earliest week 35. We apply continuous selection.
