ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Financial Reporting Manager, you will become a key figure in the finance department, responsible for ensuring high-quality financial reporting for the company. You will work closely with the business operations and contribute with analyses, forecasts, and reports that form the basis for strategic decisions.

A significant part of the role involves managing cash flow reporting and detailed cash flow forecasts, while also driving and developing monthly financial reporting. You will also play a key role in streamlining and automating existing reporting processes by developing solutions in Power BI and reducing manual tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage cash flow reporting and detailed cash flow forecasts

• Drive and ensure quality in monthly reporting, as well as reporting on profit, balance sheet, and cash flow analyses

• Prepare decision support materials and management reports for leadership

• Develop, streamline, and automate reporting processes using Power BI or similar programs/systems

• Work in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Excel for analysis, follow-up, and reporting

• Contribute to the continuous development of the finance function's methods and processes

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent education

• Experience in financial reporting within a complex organization

• Good experience in reporting profit, balance sheet, and cash flows

• Experience in preparing detailed cash flow forecasts

• Experience in developing and streamlining reporting processes, preferably by automating manual workflows using Power BI or similar BI tools

• Very good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Excel, or experience with comparable business systems and the ability to quickly learn Dynamics 365 BC

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Employment Type: Consultancy assignment (August 1 - November 1)
