We are now looking for a Traffic Planner to join a traffic and logistics company in Malmö. In this role, you will become an important part of the traffic department, where you will work together with your team to ensure that shipments, deliveries, and customer inquiries are handled smoothly and efficiently.

You will play a central role in daily operations within a flexible and dynamic environment, with a primary focus on providing customers with the best possible service. You will interact regularly with corporate clients, offering support regarding deliveries, cargo, and shipment status. This requires you to quickly retrieve information and provide clear answers. A typical workday involves handling a high volume of emails, demanding strong organizational skills and effective prioritization.

The assignment has an immediate start, with standard office hours Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. This is a consultancy position through StudentConsulting, meaning you will be employed by us but work on-site at our client's office in Östra Hamnen, Malmö.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience from the service industry and/or coordinating roles.
• You thrive with administrative tasks.
• Fluency in Swedish and English. German language skills are a plus.

Relevant work experience or education in a related field is highly valued.
