Payroll Administrator (Fixed-term/Acting)

As one of our skilled colleagues is on parental leave, we are now looking for a temporary replacement to support us during this period. As a Payroll Administrator, you will work closely with your department colleagues to support the entire payroll function. Your responsibilities include, among other things, data entry in various systems, creating and managing reports, processing expense claims, payroll calculations, and similar administrative tasks.

About You

We are looking for a cheerful and service-oriented person to join our team. You thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and consistently delivering high-quality work. Attention to detail and reliability are key to minimizing errors. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Additional languages such as English or others are highly valued, as is previous experience in a similar role within the transport industry. We prefer candidates with education focused on payroll administration, along with several years of experience in payroll and HR administration within the transport and logistics sector. Equivalent work experience or other relevant education will also be considered.

You should be comfortable working with TransPA/AGDA, the Microsoft Office suite, and Teams. Experience with the Swedish Transport Agreement (Transportavtalet) is also a plus.

As a person, you are unpretentious, independent, and meticulous. You are service-minded and possess strong pedagogical skills when interacting with colleagues, both blue-collar and white-collar workers. We also value that you are positive, have strong analytical skills, and easily organize and plan your work.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Education in payroll administration, or equivalent work experience/education
  • Advantageous: 2 years of experience in payroll and HR administration
  • Very good skills in the Microsoft Office suite and Teams
  • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Advantageous: Experience with TransPA and AGDA
  • Highly advantageous: Knowledge of other languages such as Serbian/Croatian, Polish, etc.

Job Details & Location

The position is based at our headquarters in Hjärnarp, primarily during office hours (08:00–17:00 or 07:00–16:00, Mon–Fri).
