Prima Vård is now looking for an analytical and business-driven Business Controller for one of our 3 business areas, Health and Specialist Care.

The business area generates a turnover of approximately SEK 1.3 billion and encompasses a large number of operations within specialist and health care. As a Business Controller, you will become an important part of our finance function and work closely with business managers and the business area leadership to create insights that lead to better decisions and a stronger business.

You will become part of an engaged finance team of six colleagues where collaboration, lack of hierarchy, and development are in focus. In this role, you report directly to the business area's CFO.

About the role

As a Business Controller, you work both operationally and strategically. You are responsible for analyzing the business's economic development and turning numbers into business recommendations.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Monthly and annual financial statement analysis
• Business and profitability analysis
• KPI monitoring and reporting
• Decision support for managers and leadership
• Development and efficiency improvement of financial processes and reporting
• Creating analyses and presentation material for leadership

We are looking for you who

• Have an academic degree in economics
• Have 3–5 years of relevant work experience in controlling, auditing, or similar
• Have very good skills in Excel and a strong interest in digital tools and technical aids
• Have good analytical skills and enjoy working in a data-driven manner
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

Meritorious

We consider it particularly meritorious if you have:

• Worked with BI tools, Power BI, or other analysis tools
• Experience from healthcare, service operations, or larger corporations
• Experience with operations with a high proportion of personnel costs and workforce planning
