Addiction Center Malmö (BCM) is part of Adult Psychiatry Malmö/Trelleborg within the Department of Psychiatry, Habilitation and Assistive Devices. BCM has clinics for alcohol and drug abuse, dual diagnosis, drug dependence with or without neuropsychiatric diagnosis, gaming disorder, as well as youth clinics and accredited clinics for medication-assisted rehabilitation in opioid dependence (LARO).
The LARO clinics at Addiction Center Malmö provide treatment for patients with opioid dependence. You can contact the clinic if you have an opioid dependence and wish to receive medication-assisted treatment and rehabilitation. We offer investigations, pharmacological treatment, psychosocial interventions, group therapy, and training for relatives. To optimize care for the patient, good cooperation is required within the team at the clinic, as well as collaboration with other actors such as Social Services, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, and the Swedish Prison and Probation Service. Our interdisciplinary team has high competence in the professions of unit manager, doctor, nurses, psychologist, and medical secretary.

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now looking for you who are a medical secretary and want to become part of our interdisciplinary team. Here we work with the patient in focus and to continuously develop and improve care for our patient group.
We are looking for you who want an interesting and varied job with a high degree of independence. In the role of medical secretary, you are responsible for printing dictations to medical records in Melior and registrations that take place in Våps/webPasis. Furthermore, you book and register visits and are responsible for patient summonses. The position also means that you have your own reception with reception work, telephone service, patient reception, and healthcare fee invoicing. In addition, you are responsible for preparing meetings and taking minutes during team rounds, as well as participating in joint regular secretary meetings at the Addiction Center. If needed, you can also be an extra secretary resource to the clinic. Furthermore, you are responsible for tasks such as inventory orders and being the contact person for our telephony.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have completed education in Health and Social Care Administration KY 80 p/YH 400 p or other equivalent education for a medical secretary. In addition, you have good knowledge of medical terminology and good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. We would like you to have a few years of experience in your professional role and good knowledge of the systems MedSpeech, Melior, Våps, and/or Pasis.
Since part of your work involves managing the clinic's reception, we consider it a given that you see good treatment, towards both patients and employees, as extremely important and enjoy being the first face our patients meet. In your work, you are service-oriented, flexible, and meticulous, and have the ability to prioritize your tasks. As a person, you are driven, engaged, and have good organizational and collaborative skills. You take initiative, have a sense of responsibility, and enjoy working with people. We are careful to find the right person for the position and therefore place great emphasis on personal suitability.
