Skåne University Hospital (Sus) is one of Region Skåne's eleven health and medical care administrations, offering care, research, and education at the national, regional, and international levels. Our approximately 12,000 employees drive and develop healthcare throughout all stages of life, together with patients and relatives.

The HR Department is an important support function that works both operationally close and strategically. We are approximately 55 dedicated employees who proudly provide support to Sus's 20 business areas in Lund and Malmö.

The HR Department consists of several units, and we are now looking forward to welcoming you to the unit for operationally close support, where all HR Partners are included. In the role of HR Partner, you are placed in a business area and provide independent and professional support to managers in all HR matters. To support your work, you have approximately 20 other HR Partners as well as colleagues from the department's other units.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of HR Partner, you are a key person in the leadership support for managers at various levels within the business area, making you a central figure within our HR Department. You are present in the operations, which means you are there in everyday life for both quick operational interventions and to drive long-term, strategic development issues together with managers and colleagues. Furthermore, you are a natural part of the leadership group in the business area and contribute your professional HR perspective to decisions, processes, and development.

You will encounter a dynamic work environment with great challenges and opportunities. This places high demands on flexibility, clarity, along with sensitivity and the ability to handle complex situations, expectations, and interpersonal aspects.

As an HR Partner, you work broadly across the entire HR field and offer consultative support to managers in matters primarily concerning:

  • Employment law and contractual issues
  • Trade union cooperation and negotiations
  • Systematic work environment work
  • Rehabilitation and complex individual cases
  • Competence supply and manager and leadership development
  • Payroll processes and strategic HR work.

The placement is in Lund with regular duties also in Malmö, two cities with different characteristics that provide variety in your assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in the role, you have a relevant higher education or university degree with a focus on HR/PA, or alternatively another education that the employer considers relevant for the position. Furthermore, you have several years of work experience as an HR generalist with similar responsibilities. To succeed in the role, you need to have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package as well as good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Good knowledge of English is an advantage. In addition, we would like you to have work experience from the General Conditions of Employment (AB).

With us, the salary for this role is between 40,000 and 51,000 SEK, depending on how long and relevant experience you have. Everyone in the unit has at least a few years of experience, which means that with a couple of years of experience you will normally fall in the lower part of the range, while a more senior profile will be higher.

Interviews are planned to start in week 33.
