EKO is growing and we are looking for a secure, curious, and development-driven Payroll Manager who wants to take the next step with us. Here you will play a key role in creating structure, quality, and efficient processes in a fast-paced operation with strong commitment and short decision-making paths. Your mission As Payroll Manager, you are responsible for accurate and efficient payroll delivery, as well as developing working methods, system flows, and controls. You lead the payroll function, support HR, finance, and managers within the business, and ensure that our processes regarding payroll, pensions, insurance, company cars, and other benefits function professionally and commercially. As Payroll Manager, you report to the HR Director, who is part of the executive management team. We are looking for you who

• have several years of experience in qualified payroll work and preferably experience from personnel-intensive operations
• are confident in Swedish payroll administration, collective agreements, labor law, tax, pensions, insurance, and benefits
• have good system understanding and preferably experience with Agda, TooEasy, or similar systems
• enjoy creating structure, developing routines, and simplifying working methods
• are communicative, meticulous, service-oriented, and have high integrity
