The Internal Service unit within the Municipal Executive Office in Lomma Municipality is now seeking to strengthen its team with a Municipal Guide. You will become part of a department of dedicated employees who together ensure quality and develop the municipality.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Municipal Guide, you are the face of the municipality and an important internal support resource. Your main tasks are to provide professional service, guidance, and information to both residents, businesses, and employees.
The responsibilities include, among other things:
- Answering, processing, and guiding cases via phone, email, web, e-services, and personal meetings
- Providing correct and equal information about the municipality's activities, services, and decisions
- Providing internal service and support to the municipality's operations
- Processing simpler cases and administrative tasks according to given guidelines
- Working on the development of service, customer treatment, and accessibility
- Collaborating with colleagues and departments to ensure good service and efficient processes
- Contributing to ensuring that the municipality's information is clear, updated, and easily accessible
- Ensuring that conference rooms and copying stations are stocked and in order
- Handling and distributing physical mail received by the municipality
- You are expected to take significant responsibility within your area of work and contribute to the Municipal Executive Office's exciting development work and good working climate.
QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in the role of Municipal Guide, you have a strong service focus, are communicative, and thrive in a role with many contact surfaces.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Post-secondary education within service, administration, communication, or similar
- Experience in service work or customer service
- Good ability to express yourself clearly and professionally in speech and writing in Swedish
- Good digital competence and experience working in various IT systems
- Ability to work independently, structured, and solution-oriented
- Good collaboration skills and professional treatment in all situations
- Ability to handle several cases in parallel and prioritize in a sometimes high tempo
It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience working in a municipality or other public organization
- Knowledge of municipal administration and legislation
- Experience of both internal and external service
- Language skills in addition to Swedish and English

Employment type: Permanent position.
We report the salary for the 10th and 90th percentile: 39,000–40,500 SEK/month. The salary interval is stated in accordance with current regulations on salary transparency.
