They offer user-friendly communication services such as internet, telephony, data centers, and mobile broadband to private and business customers. In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to develop both your technical skills and your ability to interact with customers. Over time, you will participate in further training in areas such as invoicing, email, and chat. In your daily work, you will receive close coaching and support from your team leader, where both work performance and well-being are discussed. A good work environment and professional development are highly prioritized. Your own ideas and initiatives are warmly welcomed to improve working methods.

The primary responsibilities will include handling incoming calls from private customers, and eventually also managing inquiries via email and chat. Your most important task will be to provide customers with the best possible service and assist them based on their specific needs. You will also work with technical support, troubleshooting, and various administrative tasks related to the phone calls.

This is a direct recruitment position, meaning that StudentConsulting handles the recruitment process, but you will be directly employed by Bredband2. Working hours are during office hours, Monday–Friday, although weekend work may occasionally occur. The position is full-time (100%) and starts either at the end of July or on August 19, 2026.

  • Previous experience in technical support is a plus
