Main Responsibilities

As a Letting Agent, you play a central role in the meeting with both existing and prospective tenants. You are responsible for the entire letting process, from vacancy to rented apartment. The role involves significant personal responsibility and many contact points, where service, business acumen, and structure are crucial for creating a positive customer experience.

You actively work with the letting of residential properties, parking spaces, and simple premises. You ensure that the letting takes place in accordance with current legislation, internal guidelines, and the company's letting policy.

An important part of the job is daily contact with customers. You answer questions, provide advice, and guide tenants through various parts of the housing journey. You also handle administrative tasks related to letting, such as contracts, terminations, transfers, swaps, and subletting.

The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in property management, customer service, and finance to ensure efficient and quality handling of the company's letting operations.

Experience and Knowledge

We are looking for you who have experience in letting and working within housing companies or the real estate industry.

You have good administrative skills and are accustomed to working systematically in digital systems such as property management systems.

We would like you to have knowledge of rental legislation and an understanding of the regulations governing the letting of residential properties.

You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have good experience in customer communication.

Education

We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in property management or similar education (including rental law).   

Category B driver's license is required.
