RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to work closely with management and contribute to developing an operation where analysis leads to concrete improvements?

We are now looking for a Business Controller who wants to combine qualified analysis, operational development, and strategic support in a role with great opportunities to influence.

In this role, you work closely with managers and leadership on follow-up, analysis, investigations, and development work. You contribute with qualified decision support, develop processes and working methods, and strengthen the operation's ability to achieve its goals.

The role of Business Controller is broad and varied. You are responsible for analyzing the operation's results, producing decision support materials, and driving development initiatives that strengthen quality and efficiency. Through analysis, investigations, and process development, you contribute to the operation developing based on goals, needs, and results. You become part of an engaged work group with great opportunities to influence the development of the operation.

The role includes, among other things:

  • following up on operational goals, results, and key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as developing methods for follow-up, analysis, and control
  • producing analyses, reports, decision support materials, and conducting investigations, mapping, and preliminary studies
  • identifying areas for development and improvement based on operational data and analyses
  • leading or coordinating development, change, and improvement initiatives
  • mapping, analyzing, and developing the operation's processes and working methods
  • supporting managers in operational planning, follow-up, and quality work
  • contributing to the creation of operational plans, operational reports, and other steering documents.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have:

  • an academic degree in, for example, public administration, political science, social sciences, or another education that the employer deems equivalent
  • experience in qualified analysis, investigation, or controller work
  • experience in operational development, process development, or improvement work
  • experience working in public/municipal operations related to steering processes
  • good ability to collect, analyze, and present information in a clear and pedagogical manner
  • experience working with operational follow-up, statistics, and key performance indicators
  • very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.

It is meritorious if you have:

  • experience with Stratsys or other systems for operational control and follow-up
  • experience with process mapping, process management, and project management.
